Our Borrower Support team are available 9am-7pm Monday to Saturday, and 12pm-5pm on Sundays.

Our Help Centre covers everything from how to make or change a reservation, to where to find Borrower Guides for help with using the Things. Please take a look there first, as you might find your answer!

If you can’t find your answer, click on the question mark in the bottom right hand corner (or the "Ask a question" button on mobile). We'll respond as soon as we can. Please remember to be kind and patient - we’re a small team and always doing the best that we can to help!
